DLM- T型可退式倒扣撈矛， 是用來打撈、退出井下鉆桿、油管等管狀遇卡落魚的工具。它是從落魚的內徑進行打撈倒扣的， 撈住落魚后可在井內 倒扣作業。若撈住落魚后無法提起時，也可以釋放落魚。
